Ordering online can be done at any time - day or night. If you have any trouble, please contact Customer Service at 937-885-3910. Our hours of operation are from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Ordering by Phone
Orders can be placed by phone during our business hour by calling 937-885-3910. If you need to call after business hours, please leave a message and customer service will return your call as soon as possible to take your order.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards through a PayPal merchant account. When you go to check, out just click the Pay Pal option. Pay Pal is very secure and will prompt you for your credit card information.
Shipping Policies
Shipping and handling are based upon the weight of the packages shipped. Ground UPS and FedEx are the carriers we use for delivery.
Customers who prefer special delivery, please specify when checking out. Not all of our products can be shipped special delivery, please call us at 937-885-3910. We will deliver three day air orders at customer's expense. UPS and FedEx are the carriers we use for air delivery. Lily Lane will do our best to make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. You should receive your package within two to three weeks. Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday. If you need to track your package for any reason, please don't hesitate to call us at Customer Service customerservice@Chosseyourbox.com.
We only deliver in the Continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii shipping times could vary).
Return Policies
Chooseyourbox is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a full refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable on special deliveries.

A 10% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked in original packaging and without excess wear)

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Return Authorization Number must be assigned. Call or Email customerservice@chooseyourbox.com to obtain number. This will ensure that you will be refunded in a timely manner
Damaged Packages
